When you ("You" or "User") access Tufts Health Plan websites and mobile applications, conduct any transaction or access information on Tufts Health Plan websites and mobile applications, you are agreeing to accept the following Terms of Use and all legal disclaimers, limitation of liability provisions and privacy and security policies.

These terms and the included disclaimers, limitation of liability provisions, and policies are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of the User or any third party.
