Tufts Health One Care has a new website location that provides all the One Care plan information you need in one convenient place. Find plan details, documents, enrollment information and more at tuftsmedicarepreferred.org/onecare.

When will the new website location be available? 

The new web page for One Care is available now. 2026 plan materials are available at the new location but will also be available at the previous location, tuftshealthplan.com/member/tufts-health-one-care, until the end of the year. Going forward, all One Care plan information and other One Care material will be available at the new location, tuftsmedicarepreferred.org/onecare.

How do I find what I am looking for on the new site? 

One of the reasons for moving the location of our One Care information was to make it easier to find what you need.

  • Scroll down to find the section you are looking for, such as Documents & Forms, Over-the-Counter Benefits and more
  • Within each section, you’ll find additional links that provide the details you need to get the most out of your plan
