We’re asking our Tufts Health RITogether members to join our Member Advisory Council (MAC) and help us improve our plan. MAC meetings are a safe and private space where you can talk about your experiences with your health plan and how we can make things better.
What do I need to know?
- The MAC is a safe and private space.
- Members meet every three months (four times a year).
- Tufts Health Plan staff lead the meetings.
- Each session runs one to two hours.
- Members get a $50 gift card* to CVS or Walmart for each meeting they join.
- Meetings typically take place on Zoom.
- If we meet in person:
- Members can join via Zoom if they are unable to attend.
- We will pay them back for their travel costs. We can pay for the miles driven in a personal car, toll fees, public transportation or taxi fares.
- We will offer light snacks.
- We send members an email to remind them about each meeting. We also tell them what topics the group will talk about.
*Gift card offered for your participation in the meeting. It is not a reward for signing up or staying enrolled with Tufts Health Plan.
